1. Promoter
This prize draw is run by Raff & Roo, Olney, Buckinghamshire, United Kingdom.
2. Eligibility
The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
Employees of Raff & Roo, their immediate families and anyone directly connected with the administration of the prize draw are not eligible to enter.
3. How to enter
To enter, participants must:
- Follow @raffandroo on Instagram
- Like the Raff & Roo 1st Birthday Giveaway post
- Tag one friend in the comments on that post
No purchase is necessary.
Only one entry per person will be accepted.
4. Opening and closing dates
The prize draw opens when the giveaway post is published.
Entries close at 8:00pm BST on Sunday 27 September 2026.
Entries received after the closing time will not be included.
5. The prize
There is one prize available:
One children’s piano with an approximate retail value of £100.
The prize will be delivered free of charge to a valid UK address.
There is no cash alternative and the prize is non-transferable.
6. Winner selection
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries using a verifiably random computer-based selection process.
The draw will take place on Monday 28 September 2026.
Raff & Roo will retain evidence of the random selection process in accordance with promotional marketing guidance. CAP requires random prize draws to use a demonstrably random process, or otherwise be supervised independently.
7. Verification of the winner
Before the prize is awarded, Raff & Roo will verify that the selected entrant has complied with all entry requirements, including following @raffandroo.
If the selected entrant has not met the entry conditions, another winner may be drawn.
8. Winner notification
The winner will be contacted by Raff & Roo via Instagram direct message using the official @raffandroo account.
Raff & Roo will never ask the winner for payment, bank details or payment card information in order to claim the prize.
The winner must respond within 7 days of being contacted. If no response is received after reasonable attempts to contact them, Raff & Roo reserves the right to select another winner.
9. Winner announcement
Raff & Roo may announce the winner on its Instagram account.
Information confirming that a valid prize was awarded may also be made available where required under the CAP Code. Winners may object to, or request a reduction in, the amount of identifying information published. Current CAP guidance ordinarily refers to surname and county for major prize winners, subject to data-protection considerations.
10. Delivery
Raff & Roo will arrange delivery of the prize to a UK address supplied by the winner.
The winner is responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.
11. Data protection
Personal information supplied in connection with the prize draw will only be used to administer the promotion, contact the winner and arrange delivery of the prize, unless the entrant has separately agreed to receive marketing communications.
12. General
Raff & Roo reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not comply with these terms or that are reasonably believed to be fraudulent, automated or otherwise abusive.
Raff & Roo reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion only where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.
13. Instagram
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta.
By entering, participants release Instagram and Meta from responsibility in relation to the promotion.
14. Acceptance of terms
By entering this prize draw, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
